Dacentec offers unmanaged support on Dedicated servers.


Unmanaged support includes basic services. So long as the use of these services is infrequent and reasonable.

Free Services:

  • Power Reset
  • Burn / Connect ISO Image
  • Change hot-swap disk
  • Change USB stick
  • Verify machine is booted at console / report errors
  • We will connect an IP KVM for ALL OS related issues.


  • If you are doing this more than a couple times, or weekly, you will need to pay remote hands

Anything that isn't covered by Free Services can be done either using Remote Hands or Expert Remote Hands
