Rent to Own

After a years worth of payments on your selected payment plan the server ownership is transferred over to you the customer. At this point you have the option of keeping the same payment amount and maintaining all hardware replacement coverage or you can go to one of our colocation packages.

In the event that you want to switch to the colocation packages you will need to confirm the power consumption of your server before placing your order for the colocation package. We do not make this change automatically and the customer is required to submit a ticket to [email protected] to begin the process of converting to colocation. If you would like to have your server shipped to you you can open a ticket with [email protected] to have the invoice generated for the packing materials and handling. Once the invoice is paid we will send you the dimensions of the shipping box so that you can arrange shipping through your preferred carrier. We will have the server ready to be picked up on the loading dock. Customers may also come to the facility to pick up the server.

Once a server is converted to colocation or removed from the facility all hardware is the sole responsibility of the customer and Dacentec no longer provides warranty or support for the hardware.

We advise all customers that Dacentec does not provide rails for the server.
