Dacentec offers unmanaged support on Dedicated servers.


Unmanaged support includes basic services. So long as the use of these services is infrequent and reasonable.

Free Services:

*Power Reset
*Burn / Connect ISO Image 
*Change hot-swap disk 
*Change USB stick 
*Verify machine is booted at console / report errors 

*We will connect an [[IP KVM]] for ALL OS related issues.


* If you are doing this more than a couple times, or weekly, you will need to pay remote hands

Anything that isn't covered by Free Services can be done either using [[Remote Hands]] or [[Expert Remote Hands]]
